Thank you for shopping at Alamar Designs. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds. The following terms apply to any products you have purchased from us.
Interpretation and Definitions
INTERPRETATION
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
– Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to SARL Alamar Designs, located at 1, boulevard Princesse Charlotte, Monaco, 98000, Monaco.
– Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
– Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from Us.
– Service refers to the Website.
– Website refers to Alamar Designs, accessible from alamardesigns.com.
– You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Shipping
SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Orders to international destinations outside of Europe ship with Colissimo. For delivery to international destinations, duties and taxes are not calculated at checkout. Further duties or taxes may need to be paid upon delivery. You will be contacted by your local customs agency. We are not responsible for delays in shipping.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Please track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation of shipment email.
Return
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
– The Goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
– The Goods are in their original packaging.
– You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
– Goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and were unsealed after delivery.
– Goods that, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.
Refunds
Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, Goods on sale are not refundable. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is prohibited by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please return the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product, please contact us. We will only replace Goods that were received defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for other reasons.
